Welcome to FXDX Exchange (“FXDX,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between FXDX and any individual, business, or legal entity (“User,” “you,” or “your”) accessing or using our website, trading platform, products, services, APIs, applications, or related offerings (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure Statement, and any additional policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.

Eligibility & Access

FXDX provides Services only to individuals and legal entities that possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, are not located in any jurisdiction where access to digital asset trading services is prohibited, and are not subject to sanctions, restrictions, or prohibitions under applicable domestic or international law.

FXDX reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to restrict, suspend, or deny access to Services in certain jurisdictions, or where required to comply with applicable laws, regulatory obligations, internal compliance standards, or risk management protocols.

Account Registration & Security

To access certain Services, users may be required to establish an account and provide complete, accurate, and current registration information. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, safeguarding access devices, and ensuring that all activities conducted through their account are authorized.

FXDX shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized activity resulting from compromised credentials, negligent account security practices, or unauthorized third-party access. Users must promptly notify FXDX of any suspected security breach, unauthorized access, or suspicious activity associated with their account.

Risk Disclosure

Digital asset trading, perpetual contracts, derivatives, leveraged products, and related financial instruments involve substantial risk, including volatility, liquidity risk, technical failure, regulatory uncertainty, and the potential for complete loss of capital. Users acknowledge that they fully understand these risks and voluntarily assume sole responsibility for all trading decisions made through the platform.

FXDX does not guarantee profitability, market access continuity, execution at quoted prices, or uninterrupted availability of Services. Past performance, market commentary, and informational materials provided through the platform do not constitute guarantees of future performance.

No Financial Advice

All materials, market commentary, educational resources, analytical content, and platform information provided by FXDX are made available solely for informational purposes and do not constitute investment advice, financial advisory services, legal advice, tax guidance, accounting advice, or recommendations to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise transact in any asset or financial instrument.
